Spring Break: The Millers Take Over Washington

We were very sad last summer when our trip to Washington got cancelled by the infamous Tree Through The Roof Incident. So we were excited to head up there for Spring Break instead! We crammed a LOT of fun into one short week.

Riding the Metro: Mason's trip was complete right out of the gate.

The zoo is always a winner.

We loved the pandas, both the real ones and the statues.

We found Avery's favorite president.

We visited museums.

We contemplated art.
We visited more museums.

Even the construction on the Mall was exciting.

We visited Daddy's office, where we held important meetings and made important notes on his white board.

Did I mention museums?

Train spotting -- the Metro was Mason's hands-down favorite.

We found Avery's second favorite president.

What a view!

We played with Albert.

We found our favorite state.

We took a rest. (Phew!)

We jumped as high as the monument.

We practiced for the future.

The week we were there was the official Cherry Blossom Festival. The only thing missing was... the blossoms.
