Summer Adventure Part 2: The Wedding

Next up was the marquee event, as we headed to Nashville for Meghan and Will's wedding. And wow, what a wedding it was. I realize there are a LOT of photos here. But there were a LOT of parties. And a lot of cousins. And a whole lot of love.

Nothing says summer like watermelon in the backyard with your cousins.

How many kids does it take to babysit a Granddad?

Liz and Mike's mulch might never recover.

Trouble.

Bigger Trouble.

This party took a turn for the worse when the "tackle Mommy" order was given.

Avery in her happy place.

The exclusive granddaughter club.

Sweet flower girls at the bridesmaids luncheon.

Six little monkeys jumping on the hotel bed. (Don't worry, nobody fell off.)

Getting her hair done just like the big girls! (Please note the next photo, just a short time later, with zero curls remaining. Sorry, sweetie, you got that from me.)

Getting ready to sprinkle petals!

Just a smallish wedding party...

No pictures from the ceremony, but the kids did great. And we were the first to hit the bar for the signature cocktail.

These two tore up the dance floor.

And this one tore up Dana's lap. (Not to worry, he got his boogie on and ate some wedding cake before he crashed.)

One more gathering before everyone had to head home. (Snif.)
