The Grunt Scootin' Boogy
Avery is in full-on scoot mode now. I hesitate to say "crawling" because it's more like a military-style low crawl. Or, more literally, a smack-and-drag. As I understand, though, this is how I first crawled also. As my mom likes to point out, if this is the first of many things she's going to do just like me, we are in big trouble. But for now, here are a few scooting videos. In the second one, if you watch closely you can sort of see her 1.5 teeth.

I was so exhausted from watching her work this hard I hardly had enough energy to eat my dinner and walk upstairs to bed. Wait until she realizes how much easier it is when she involves her legs. In the meantime, her upper body will be very buff :-)
Does this mean you will now have to vacuum up the cat hair tummbleweeds more frequently or that you will no longer have to do it at all bec. she is cleaning as she goes??
